By downloading, installing, or using Chemistry AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chemistry AI is an educational mobile application that provides AI-powered chemistry learning tools, including but not limited to:

• Problem scanning and solving using AI vision technology
• AI tutoring and chat assistance
• Practice quizzes with adaptive learning
• Flashcard study tools
• Chemistry formula cheat sheets
• Scientific calculators

3. User Accounts

The App may require you to create an account or sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to cheat on academic assessments or violate academic integrity policies
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Chemistry AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers both free and premium subscription features. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content and solutions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. The App is intended as a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of academic information. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEMISTRY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
